Just made a quick guide, written in an incredibly patronizing tone, for the novice wishing to make some mini-flashcards.
Guide to Creating Mini-Flashcards
These flashcards are very useful for games, especially in elementary school. They can also be used for various activities in junior high, though. The trick is to make them as simple as possible so they can be applied to a wide range of contexts - fruit and other foods, numbers, sports, subjects, etc.
The Guide I linked to says there are flashcards available for download from altastic's resources page, which isn't technically true. Not yet, anyway. But they'll be up sometime this week, I promise.
